Job Description
Boda Banja Credit Services Ltd is seeking a Tracking & Recovery Executive to support asset protection and customer service within the company's motorcycle financing portfolio. The successful candidate will be analytical, proactive, and passionate about protecting company assets while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Track and monitor financed motorcycle assets using tracking systems.
- Initiate and manage recovery processes for defaulting clients.
- Engage clients professionally to resolve outstanding payments and prevent defaults.
- Maintain accurate records of tracking and recovery activities.
- Prepare reports on asset status and recovery performance.
- Collaborate with field teams and customer service to ensure timely issue resolution.
