Client engagement and booking – Engage with clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls to manage inquiries, bookings, itineraries and payments
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Client engagement and booking – Engage with clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls to manage inquiries, bookings, itineraries and payments
- Quotations & Pricing – Prepare and review proposals, negotiate rates with suppliers, and ensure accurate pricing room configurations.
- Reservations: Coordinate accommodation, flights, vehicles, and activities; confirm bookings and document client requests
- Quality Assurance- prepare client briefings, verify daily movement files and confirm all bookings and supplier invoices are accurate
- Customer Support – Provide emergency assistance during travel, manage complaints and refunds and support the sales team with information
