Job Description
Rolaam Fashions is a growing textile business engaged in the production, distribution, and marketing of high-quality textile products. We are seeking an experienced and results driven Textile Business Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and support strategic growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, including production, sales, supply chain, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and market share.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the textile operations.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality standards, cost control, and timely delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff, ensuring strong performance and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor industry trends, raw material prices, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and environmental regulations.
