Job Description
The Program Manager will lead the successful delivery of digital learning projects, coordinate resources, and monitor progress across multiple initiatives. They will manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring the transition of projects into regular operations. The position requires close collaboration with Tembo’s management team, technical experts, and MSF partners to enhance cross-organizational collaboration and strategic alignment. The Program Manager will also lead stakeholder engagement, supervise staff and consultants, foster innovation, and contribute to organizational change processes.

How to Apply
Plan, coordinate, and deliver Tembo projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
Supervise Tembo’s technical coordinators, consultants, and external providers.
Manage partnerships with technology providers, including contracts and service performance.
Use data analytics to assess risks, opportunities, and impacts of projects.
Ensure project transitions to operational services, with proper documentation.
Establish and promote project management methodologies and best practices.
Engage MSF stakeholders and partners to ensure strategic alignment.
Support reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of projects.
Foster team development, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Education & Experience
University degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Digital Learning & Development, Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience managing complex projects with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Prior experience in the humanitarian sector or with MSF is a strong asset.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and facilitation skills in multicultural environments.
Coaching and staff development experience in project management.
Experience with organizational or change management (advantage).
Fluency in English required; fluency in Spanish, French, or Arabic highly desirable.
Digital proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Mural, etc.).
