Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Preferably in Sales & Marketing.
Experience: Prior experience in telesales or call center roles is an advantage, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Languages: English, Runyankore, Rukonzo, Gishu, Lugbara, Langi, Japadhola, Luganda, Samia.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, especially reporting tools like spreadsheets, CRM systems, and data management software, is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
Target Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
