Promote and sell solar energy solutions to prospective clients.
Generate leads, conduct client consultations, and design customized solar solutions.
Perform site assessments, negotiate contracts, and prepare detailed technical and financial proposals.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships, including post-installation follow-up.
Support marketing initiatives and contribute to lead generation strategies.
Collaborate closely with technical and execution teams to ensure project success.
Meet or exceed sales targets and regularly report performance metrics.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in solar sales, including products like solar panels, batteries, and inverters.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets (minimum Ushs. 60.0M per month).
Strong technical knowledge of PV systems, solar water heaters (SWH), PBS products, and the full product range.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
