About the Role
Nile Breweries Ltd is seeking a highly capable Technical Services Manager to provide strategic leadership for the Engineering and Utilities functions at our Maltings Plant. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, environmental performance, and process control integrity across all plant operations.
The Technical Services Manager will oversee plant performance, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with engineering standards, corporate governance, and local legislation. You will also play a key role in talent development, employee engagement, and continuous improvement through the VPO framework.

Provide feedback to drive continuous improvement in operational effectiveness.
Employee Engagement
Analyze feedback from engagement surveys and exit interviews.
Develop and implement action plans to address engagement challenges and improve workplace culture.
VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization)
Lead the implementation of the People Pillar within the VPO framework across the plant.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
5–7 years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
2–3 years in a managerial role within a technical services or engineering department.
