Job Description
The Technical Response Officer will provide frontline technical support and maintenance services for ACE One stoves. This includes training customers on stove usage, supporting fuel ordering through digital platforms, and conducting minor repairs. The officer will also assist with customer payment education and work closely with both Sales and Customer Response teams to ensure efficient after-sales service delivery. The position is for a six-month temporary period and is ideally suited to individuals with an electrical or technical background who are passionate about creating impact in their communities.

How to Apply
Conduct preventive after-sales maintenance training on ACE One stove use and briquettes
Support the Sales team through direct sales and referrals
Train customers on digital repayment methods such as MOMO Pay and Airtel Pay
Assist customers in installing and using the ACE Connect mobile application
Perform timely repairs and technical support on ACE One stoves
Provide general technical support and respond to customer issues as directed
Complete any other duties assigned by management
