Job Description
Access Financial Services Uganda is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee and guide their sales and credit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service within the financial services sector.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of loan officers or sales staff to achieve branch targets.
- Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Managing customer relationships and resolving complex issues.
- Preparing and submitting regular performance reports to management.
