Job Summary
Human Capital Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader – Plastic to supervise daily operations in the plastic production department. The successful candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes, serving as the main link between production staff and management. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience, particularly with Husky machines.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise Husky plastic production lines, ensuring safe and efficient machine operation.
Monitor raw material availability and manage packing materials to avoid downtime.
Review and validate production reports generated by the Inventory Controller.
Track daily raw material usage against production output to minimize waste.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine machine inspections during shifts.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization across the production area.
Effectively allocate and supervise workforce to meet operational goals.
Train and mentor junior team members to align with company standards and practices.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
Mandatory experience working with Husky machines.
Background in the food or beverage industry is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) lines and/or water treatment systems is a distinct advantage.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while following standard procedures.
