Job Description
The successful candidates will support teaching and learning activities in the Primary School (Key Stage 2 – Years 3 & 6, equivalent to P4 & P7 in the Ugandan system). This is a local hire position that requires individuals with strong classroom experience, particularly in upper primary years. Candidates should be comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools, and those with experience in the English National Curriculum or the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) will have an added advantage.

How to Apply
Assist in delivering the curriculum to Year 3 or Year 6 students.
Support the lead teacher in managing classroom activities and learning outcomes.
Provide individual and group support to students as required.
Utilize digital tools for teaching and communication (e.g. Google Workspace).
Participate in staff meetings, planning sessions, and school events.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning.
Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience working with primary students after obtaining the degree.
Proven experience working with students in Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6) or Ugandan P4–P7 equivalent.
Experience with online teaching and using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Classroom, Google Meet, etc.) is desirable.
Familiarity with the English National Curriculum or IPC is an added advantage.
Must hold a valid Uganda National ID.
