Job Description
Lead creation and execution of a region-wide talent development strategy aligned to business priorities. Design L&D toolkits and programs (leadership, technical skills, career pathways; blended/e-learning, workshops, coaching). Identify high-potential talent and run acceleration initiatives; partner with HR/business leaders on succession plans. Oversee region performance management processes, drive counsellor/LEAD reviewer excellence, and use people performance dashboards to inform interventions. Serve as SME for coaching—advising, mentoring and establishing mentoring networks. Implement assessment tools; analyze skill gaps and deploy targeted solutions. Define talent metrics and reporting; provide regular updates and recommendations to leaders; act as trusted advisor to the Region Talent Development Leader.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute the region talent development strategy and roadmap.
Design/deliver leadership, technical and career development programs (blended modalities).
Run HiPo identification and acceleration; build succession plans and pipelines.
Oversee performance management processes and reviewer enablement.
Provide coaching/mentoring; stand up mentoring communities.
Deploy assessments; analyze skill gaps; implement targeted interventions.
Define KPIs/metrics; produce impact reports and recommendations.
Partner with HR and senior leaders to align initiatives with business needs.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
8+ years in talent development/L&D or related roles.
Proven program design and implementation experience; knowledge of talent management, adult learning and assessment tools.
Coaching/mentoring experience; strong project/program management.
Data-driven mindset; strong analysis and problem-solving.
Excellent communication, influence and stakeholder management across levels.
Highly organized; comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have: ATD/ICF or related certifications.
