Job Description
As a System Clerk based at the Rwenzori Plant in Kampala, the successful candidate will report to the Warehouse Team Leader. They will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in inventory transactions, coordinating stock movement, and maintaining minimum stock levels. The role requires maintaining data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics 365, investigating discrepancies, generating inventory reports, developing contingency plans for system downtimes, and supporting adherence to Coca-Cola's internal quality, food safety, and operational standards.

How to Apply
Verify inventory computations by comparing physical stock with system records.
Reconcile inventory and perform adjustments in the system.
Handle all stock receipts, dispatches, and logistics operations.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Create and maintain a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for system outages.
Contribute to developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Promote and ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S principles.
Follow internal business systems and quality assurance policies.
Report any concerns related to quality and food safety.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Store Management, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in inventory management in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Understanding of business cost drivers.
Competencies:
