Job Description

The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for managing shift operations, including staff attendance, leave administration, and performance monitoring. Duties include planning, enforcing PPE compliance, conducting toolbox talks, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The supervisor will oversee cycle counts, staff administration, overtime scheduling, incentives, and accurate payroll. The role requires active participation in daily planning meetings with the client, providing updates on training, staffing, and KPAs. Strong familiarity with WMS and effective leadership are essential for success in this position.

How to Apply

  • Monitor attendance and leave administration for shift staff.

  • Enforce correct PPE usage across all staff.

  • Conduct forward planning for shift operations.

  • Ensure training, performance management, and succession planning for TES Supervisors.

  • Compile and submit daily complement reports to the Shift Manager.

  • Conduct toolbox talks before each shift.

  • Address shift queries in collaboration with the ADFusion Shift Manager.

  • Monitor process compliance and adherence to SOPs.

  • Enforce Health and Safety regulations and ensure end-of-shift housekeeping.

  • Oversee cycle counts and ensure accuracy.

  • Ensure completion of daily registers for every shift.

  • Maintain accurate staff administration and payroll (correct rates, overtime, incentives).

  • Monitor clock-in reports and manage overtime scheduling.

  • Provide daily client feedback on training, staff complement, and KPAs.

  • Attend and contribute to daily planning meetings with the client.

Education

  • Grade 12 (Matric) (essential).

Experience
