Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Transport study samples and test results between study sites and the laboratory in accordance with study procedures, safety standards, and specified timelines
- Support the distribution and redistribution of study supplies, materials, and documents between study sites
- Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition, keep accurate mileage records, and submit timely monthly fuel and maintenance accountabilities
- Support participant retention activities, including tracing and follow-up of participants who miss scheduled study visits
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and adherence to study schedules, organizational policies, and standard operating procedures
- Maintain utmost confidentiality and protection of client results and health-related information
- Maintain comprehensive records of samples collected, results picked and delivered, bike maintenance/repairs and daily movements
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to the hub coordinator
