Job Description
As part of the Fintech Strategy team, the Strategy Manager will play a critical role in shaping M-KOPA’s direction across its African markets. The role involves designing and coordinating strategic frameworks such as OKRs and scorecards, executing deep-dive analyses, and leading cross-functional projects that address the company’s most pressing challenges. This position provides high visibility within the organization, offering opportunities to engage directly with executives, influence expansion and innovation initiatives, and contribute to M-KOPA’s mission of empowering millions of underserved customers.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s is an advantage).
Minimum 4 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or analytical roles.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency.
Ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in fintech or fast-scaling environments is an advantage.
