Job Description
The Strategy and Compliance internship is designed to build the capacity of recent graduates by providing practical, on-the-job training in strategic planning, corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and regulatory reporting. Interns will support policy analysis, compliance checks, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with the Corporation’s mandate. Selected candidates will be required to meet compliance conditions before appointment.

Support the preparation, monitoring, and evaluation of corporate strategy documents.
Assist in compliance checks to ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and standards.
Contribute to risk assessments and internal control reviews.
Support the preparation of reports on strategic and compliance activities.
Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting on corporate performance indicators.
Perform any other duties related to strategy and compliance as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Must be a Kenyan citizen.
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related field from a recognized institution.
Graduated within the last three years.
Must be unemployed and with no prior work experience related to their field of study.
Should not have benefited from a similar internship program.
Not retired or exited from formal employment.
Compliance requirements before appointment:
Copy of National ID.
Curriculum Vitae.
Degree/Diploma certificate or transcripts.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation.
Valid personal medical insurance cover (NHIF or reputable provider).
Registration with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
Personal accident insurance cover.
Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) PIN.
