  • Lead the governance, planning, execution, and reporting of the Bank’s entire project portfolio.

  • Monitor and track progress of projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Provide operational leadership for project execution, offering support across all stages of the project lifecycle.

  • Advise senior management on project performance, risks, and resource allocation to inform strategic decisions.

  • Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and coordinated project execution.

  • Drive process improvements and recommend adjustments to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Certifications:

  • Professional project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in managing both individual projects and a full project portfolio.

  • Prior experience within the financial services industry is highly desirable.


Key Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and PMO operations.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High-level analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and personal commitment to results.
