Core Duties:
Lead the governance, planning, execution, and reporting of the Bank’s entire project portfolio.
Monitor and track progress of projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with strategic priorities.
Provide operational leadership for project execution, offering support across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Advise senior management on project performance, risks, and resource allocation to inform strategic decisions.
Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and coordinated project execution.
Drive process improvements and recommend adjustments to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Certifications:
Professional project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in managing both individual projects and a full project portfolio.
Prior experience within the financial services industry is highly desirable.
Key Competencies:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and PMO operations.
Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High-level analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and personal commitment to results.
