Job Description
Ensuring daily stock availability report of raw materials is receipted in ERP system from suppliers and making monthly reports, finished goods store is properly stacked and all items labelled and well positioned.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible For:
Handling the Receiving & Issuing functions with respect to finished goods in line with set procedures and expectation.
Keeping records of all incoming deliveries and checking each delivery against invoices and ensuring delivery dates on all purchase orders are realistic and maintained.
Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects on arrival, reporting any damage to supervisors and keep records on the use and/or damage of items.
Take ownership of all products received in the FG store and ensure proper handling and stacking is maintained.
Professionally Interface with customers, end users and delivery personnel.
Actively participate in Supply Chain Team meetings and other stores related work like housekeeping, stock taking, inventory control and safety of manpower & equipment.
Lead the contractors handling the premium product to ensure they are doing the right thing at all times.
Being aware of our Quality Management system, understand and fully commit to the accomplishment of the Quality Management system within the Stores section.
Interface with SAP when on boarded as the stores team super user.
Any other duties as described by the Supervisor or Head of Department.
