Job Description
Ntale Products Limited is seeking a highly organized and experienced Stores Manager to oversee the daily operations of the stores department. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory control, stock management, record keeping, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of materials.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, storage, and issuing of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper storage procedures and safety standards.
- Supervise store staff and allocate duties effectively.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments.
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly inventory and consumption reports.
