Job Summary

Crown Beverages Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Stock Accountant to join our finance team at the Kakungulu Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and reconciling inventory across all locations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting operational efficiency through accurate reporting and control.

  • Conduct regular stocktaking and ensure timely reconciliation of physical vs recorded inventory.

  • Monitor stock transactions and report discrepancies or unusual trends.

  • Prepare and maintain stock movement reports for internal use and audits.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.

  • Support accountability in inventory handling and contribute to operational efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in stock control, financial accounting, or audit within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.


Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong analytical and auditing skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory modules.

  • In-depth knowledge of inventory accounting procedures and internal controls.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
