Job Description
Job Title: Station Manager, Mandatory Motor Vehicle Inspection Services

Reports to: Project Manager, Mandatory Motor Vehicle Inspection Services
The Ministry of Works and Transport is mandated to conduct mandatory motor vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness, environmental compliance and enhance road safety across the country.
To fulfil this mandate, the Ministry of Works and Transport contracted Integrated Transport Solutions Limited, an experienced and fit for purpose company that provides state of the art business solutions to provide technical services to recruit contract staff on behalf of the Ministry to support the operationalization of motor vehicle inspection centres and opening of additional motor vehicle registration centres.
As such, we are seeking to fill the positions below with qualified candidates to support provision of services for mandatory motor vehicle inspection and motor vehicle registration.
Job Purpose: To oversee the efficient operation of the vehicle inspection station, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, delivering high-quality inspection services, and managing staff to achieve project objectives and enhance road safety
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the inspection stations.
Oversee the operations of the Station.
Oversee the maintenance of vehicle inspection equipment and facilities
Ensure calibration of inspection equipment and diagnostic machines.
Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Manage office supplies.
Assist in coordination of meetings and report preparation
