Job Description
The Specialist – Agent Liquidity will ensure efficient and effective support to the Digital Distribution team to handle agents, partners, dealers, and sales team rebalancing queries. The job holder is accountable for daily support delivery to Agents, Dealers, Regional teams, and other channel partners ensuring prompt reporting and issue resolution.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of liquidity channels performance to regional teams.
- Support the Agent Quality Management team to ensure all issues raised from the market are resolved.
- Manage and train Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) teams and collect feedback for effective liquidity delivery in the trade.
- Support the Manager Liquidity to identify rebalancing gaps per liquidity channel and devise solutions.
- Analyse channel performance trends and share insights with regional teams to fix rebalancing gaps.
- Ensure timely resolution of liquidity queries from agents, AQM, and regional teams.
- Identify process gaps and spearhead implementation of automation tools for process improvements within the unit.
- Handle IT changes and UATs which involve commercial input.
- Maintain close liaison and tracking of all rebalancing channel partners to ensure efficient delivery of float and cash to MoMo Agents.
- Aggressively drive agent and rebalancer amplification.
- Escalate any process gaps and trade incidents to the Manager Agent Liquidity Management.
- Promote the use of Digital Distribution Tools to drive efficiencies in delivery of float and cash to the Agent network.
- Support in recruitment of new rebalancing channels to address gaps in the trade.
