Job Description
Nation Media Group Uganda is seeking qualified and experienced Business Solution Executives to source new business and service existing clients. The role focuses on driving revenue across digital, broadcast, events, and print communications with an emphasis on special projects, partnerships, and innovative client solutions. Upcountry candidates in Arua, Gulu, Masaka, Fort Portal, and Kabale are particularly encouraged to apply.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Deeply understand customers' communication and engagement needs.
- Create concepts, ideas, projects, partnerships, programmes, and events for clients.
- Advise clients on communication avenues across NMG Uganda media platforms.
- Drive and deliver set individual sales and collection targets.
- Ensure outstanding customer service on all NMG Uganda activities.
- Ensure proper sales contracting and credit management to avoid bad debts.
- Provide timely market information, insights, and intelligence to management.
- Write weekly individual progress, productivity, and performance reports.
