Job Description

As an Accessories Specialist, you will oversee the planning, forecasting, and operational execution of MTN’s accessories channel. This includes compiling accurate quarterly, monthly, and weekly forecasts, ranking and tracking top-performing accessories, and analysing sales contributions. You will coordinate with marketing, trade marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand planning while providing insights on trends and competitor activities. The role also involves conducting in-channel trade visits, recommending merchandising best practices, and ensuring system efficiencies to reduce costs. Additionally, you will manage relationships with stakeholders, OEMs, and suppliers, provide periodic reporting to management, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a strong focus on budget management, process optimization, customer satisfaction, and delivering measurable business results.

Education:

  • 3-year Degree/Diploma in Commerce (Marketing/Communication) or related field.

  • Post-matric qualification in Sales and Marketing or Business Management.

Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of sales, marketing, and accessories portfolio management.
