Job Description
The Managed Services Client Delivery Manager is a subject matter expert responsible for ensuring managed services contracts are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual terms. This role requires working closely with technical, finance, legal, and operational teams to meet service-level agreements (SLAs), stabilize client environments, and manage risks. The manager will act as the client’s operational anchor, handle escalations, and translate business needs into tailored service delivery. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring contractual integrity, and delivering insights through performance reporting and client satisfaction monitoring.

How to Apply
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering services in line with SLAs and contractual obligations.
Serve as the main client contact for escalations, inquiries, and operational support.
Translate client business needs into service delivery solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, commercial, finance, legal) for service delivery.
Monitor service performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support account growth and renewals.
Oversee service onboarding, transition, modification, and decommission processes.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide performance and risk reports to stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
ITIL certification preferred; PMP or other project management certification is an advantage.
Extensive experience in managed services and/or support services environments.
Strong background in service delivery, client management, and meeting SLAs.
Proven ability to monitor contract performance and compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and billing.
Experience working under pressure with attention to detail and organizational excellence.
Proficiency in IT service management frameworks and collaborative team environments.
