Job Description
As a Software Engineer at NIKE, Inc., your role will be to develop software solutions, code, and test programs to meet digital product specifications. You will work closely with product owners to design and build scalable applications, integrate new technologies, and create deployment processes that positively impact business outcomes. Your work will also contribute to core marketing assets platforms and tools for asset production, storage, cataloging, and delivery. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best technological solutions are implemented.
This position offers the flexibility of telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S., excluding specific states (AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, WY).
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, code, configure, and test software solutions.
Advise product owners on technology-related business issues and formulate technology solutions.
Design and build scalable applications leveraging AWS and other platforms.
Contribute to core marketing asset platforms and tools.
Work collaboratively with product owners to determine optimal solutions for business needs.
Integrate new technologies into existing systems and applications.
Ensure robust deployment processes are in place to enable rapid deployment.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in software engineering or an engineering-related occupation.
Strong experience with the following technologies:
Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Python
Gradle/Maven
AWS, RDS, DynamoDB
Open Search, OAuth2/Okta, Akamai
Iac/Terraform
Ecommerce/ERP systems
