  1. Educational Background:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from Uganda Christian University.

    • Graduated with a First Class or Second Class Upper Division, not earlier than 2021.

  2. Technical Competencies:

    • Solid foundation in programming concepts, including data structures and algorithms.

    • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C++.

    • Working knowledge of web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, XML, AJAX).

    • Familiarity with Java, encryption techniques, and Linux/UNIX environments.

    • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.

  3. Personal Attributes:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

    • Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
