- To manage and grow the company's social media platforms through consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- To also support marketing campaigns and customer engagement through digital channels.
- Consistency and timeliness of social media postings.
- Growth in followers and audience engagement.
- Quality and creativity of content produced.
- Accuracy and timeliness of performance reports.
- Brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Effectiveness of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Responsiveness to customer inquiries and engagement levels.
- Contribution to overall marketing objectives.
- Collaboration with internal teams and departments.
