Job Description
Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media Manager to join our talented team. As a Social Media Manager, you will strategize, implement, and monitor effective social media campaigns across multiple platforms for a variety of brands. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the digital footprint of our clients, engaging with different audiences, and achieving strategic objectives through compelling content and targeted social media strategies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies tailored for each brand you manage.
Create and schedule posts, manage content calendars, and ensure that all published content meets brand standards and voice.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in achieving their goals.
Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other department heads to generate innovative content ideas.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and updates in social media tools, platforms, and algorithms.
Handle social media communications, respond to comments, and facilitate community engagement.
Manage social media ad budgets, campaigns, and bid strategies.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
At least 2 years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency setting managing multiple brands.
Relevant certifications in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs, Google Analytics, and SEO techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to develop social media strategies and content that resonate with diverse audiences.
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Creative thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
