How to Apply
Zero safety incidents and follow all safety norms
Planning and organizing production schedules and delivery.
Determining quality control and standard – follow SOP.
OEE SHOULD BE >90% .
RM/PM wastage control.
Identifying bottleneck and de bottlenecking.
Implement the new ideas, kaizen 5s, and autonomous maintenance.
Responsible for generation/collation of monthly operation summary.
Maintaining the IR to run the smooth operation of the plant.
Ensure to maintain DPMU target.
Ensure no consumer complain.
RCA/CAPA to improve the quality standards and other processes and safety improvements
Ensure production delivery within the budget(manpower/ton, energy cost/ton, R&M per ton)
Assure process team 100% adherence to all recipes and design and /or procedures (No deviation)
Assure process team 100% adherence to all company GMP (Good manufacturing practices) and SOP (No deviation).
Act as back up for other shift officers when absent.

A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Psychology
Having any other engineering, laboratory qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 7 -10years of soap (laundry, Toilet, liquid, Noodles) manufacturing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position with Strong background in industrial specialization
Hands-on experience and well versed with continuous saponification, semi boil, and full boil and Experience in plants maintenance is an added advantage Full-time, based at Lira factory.
