Job Description
The Shop Manager will lead a cluster of retail outlets, ensuring optimal shop operations, sales performance, and staff productivity. Reporting to the Territory Manager and indirectly to the Regional Director, the role entails overseeing retail SOP adherence, planning and forecasting sales, engaging stakeholders, and maintaining brand standards in merchandising and customer experience. The Shop Manager will also be responsible for balancing consignment stock with direct sales, monitoring financial reporting, cash management, and enforcing audit and compliance procedures. Leadership, team motivation, and operational excellence are at the core of this position.

How to Apply
Drive sales performance and profitability for all retail shops in the assigned cluster.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, projections, and strategic retail plans.
Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all outlets to ensure brand consistency.
Oversee store merchandising, uniform compliance, and promotional activity.
Manage consignment stock and direct-from-principal (DFP) sales.
Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation through systems like E-Jaze and T-Kash.
Conduct internal audits, customer surveys, and routine stock takes.
Build and manage relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders.
Identify and refer high-potential leads to enterprise and mobile sales teams.
Lead and manage shop staff including performance reviews, retention, and team development.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales and retail management.
