How to Apply
1. Inventory Management
Receive stock and track inventory from the warehouse.
Issue stock according to FIFO standards.
Dispatch stock based on operational requirements.
Maintain and update stock cards and online Goods Received/Issued logs.
Provide off-the-shelf sales details as needed.
Perform daily cycle counts and conduct monthly stock takes.
Manage faulty stock from the field for consolidation and disposal.
Oversee all spare parts inventory and reordering processes.
2. Reporting
Prepare daily on-hand stock reports for stakeholders.
Report daily stock issued for replacement or replenishment purposes.
3. Repairs & Spare Parts Management
Take custody of repair tools and toolkits.
Perform basic checks on faulty units before replacement.
Conduct simple repairs on in-warranty returns.
4. Store Management & Customer Service
Ensure the store is well-maintained, tidy, and organized per SKU standards.
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the repair workbench.
Welcome walk-in customers and provide assistance as required.
Receive faulty components, identify technical issues, and verify warranty eligibility.
Support Energy Officers and coordinate with the Call Center to resolve customer queries.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Sun King products is an advantage.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven report-writing and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Understanding of the local territory is a plus.
