Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked shop.
Support daily sales and customer transactions.
Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
Monitor product quality, hygiene, and expiry dates.
Record daily sales accurately and provide excellent customer care.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma in a business-related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and integrity.
Basic IT and record-keeping skills.
