Job Description
The SHE Supervisor will play a central role in implementing and enforcing SHE management systems across the facility. The role involves conducting safety inspections, leading SHE inductions and trainings, generating reports, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. The supervisor will participate in audits, monitor compliance with Aspen and ISO standards, and coordinate SHE-related activities including incident investigations, contractor supervision, and fire safety compliance. The role also requires maintaining regulatory permits, organizing SHE committee meetings, and contributing to energy management initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure a safe workplace environment that meets both regulatory and organizational requirements.

How to Apply
Implement and monitor SHE management systems to meet safety requirements.
Generate, edit, and update SHE documentation including SOPs.
Conduct SHE inductions and participate in training sessions.
Perform daily safety checks, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
Participate in audits, follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and ensure timely closeouts.
Ensure compliance with Aspen Standards, ISO standards, and national SHE regulations.
Develop and monitor the SHE activity calendar and regulatory self-assessment schedule.
Investigate incidents, follow up on recommendations, and ensure action plans are implemented.
Conduct facility inspections to ensure compliance by employees, contractors, and visitors.
Supervise service providers, ensuring submission of reports and compliance with licenses/permits.
Organize and participate in SHE committee meetings, chairing in the absence of the Head of EHS.
Oversee inspection of fire safety equipment and carry out monthly checks.
Support energy management initiatives to ensure compliance with energy regulations.
Manage requisitions of SHE-related services and maintain accurate records.
Perform any other SHE-related tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Environmental Health, Safety, or a related field.
Proven experience in occupational health, safety, and environmental management.
Strong knowledge of SHE regulations, ISO standards, and compliance requirements.
Excellent report writing, documentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to conduct trainings and communicate effectively at all levels.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
