Job Description
Lead HI’s technical contribution to inclusive economic inclusion, providing strategic expertise on cash assistance, livelihoods, and market systems development.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure effective delivery within the ReSET consortium model by aligning across partner systems and adapting inclusion standards.
- Establish and facilitate technical working groups with consortium partners to enable joint decision-making.
- Support partner organizations at head office and field level to adapt tools and processes so inclusion is embedded in existing systems.
- Provide specialized technical expertise and policy guidance to projects and partners in accordance with global standards.
- Contribute to technical learning, capitalization of findings, and production of scientific evidence.
- Lead internal technical training and contribute to technical recruitment and skill upgrading.
- Represent HI technical expertise in local, regional, and international networks.
- Contribute to emergency preparedness and humanitarian response actions.
