Position: Senior Site Engineer
The Senior Site Engineer will lead day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across project activities. Working closely with the Project Manager and technical teams, you’ll play a vital role in executing projects aligned with our green building philosophy.

How to Apply
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to designs, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
Interpret and review construction drawings, project plans, and contracts.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
Lead site inspections, quality control, and implement Total Quality Management (TQM) practices.
Supervise and verify material testing before commencement of relevant works.
Monitor the work program and update the Site Manager on progress and changes.
Manage and communicate design modifications, ensuring documentation is up to date.
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior staff and site personnel.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all site operations.
Maintain accurate documentation on materials, deliveries, usage, and site reports.
Identify and mitigate project risks and delays proactively.
Support cost control efforts and track project expenses.
Implement lean construction principles to drive continuous improvement and site efficiency.
Ensure that all construction works meet quality and specification standards.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience as a Site Engineer or Site Manager on large-scale construction projects.
Strong command of construction techniques, safety standards, and building codes.
Proven leadership and team coordination skills in managing complex construction environments.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and project documentation.
Familiarity with project tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction software.
Health & Safety certification is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Lean Construction Management is highly desirable or willingness to learn and implement.
Terms of Employment
Contract Duration: 1 year (with a 6-month probation period)
Location: Permanently based at one or multiple construction sites
Work Schedule: Full-time (48 hours per week)
Leave: 21 days of annual leave
