Job Description
Picfare Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate to drive property sales, generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's real estate portfolio and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct sales initiatives.
- Market and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client consultations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Negotiate and successfully close property sales transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Administration departments to facilitate smooth sales processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
