The Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations – Technology, will play a critical role in shaping and executing M-KOPA’s technology vision. This role will support the CTO in driving strategic initiatives, managing technology operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and promoting organizational growth across multiple countries. The successful candidate will also drive AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives, streamline resource planning and budgeting, and ensure efficient knowledge management and compliance processes.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, IT, Business, etc.); advanced degree is an advantage
Extensive experience in technology strategy within a fintech or tech-driven organization
Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, and cross-functional leadership
Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and managing distributed engineering teams
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact across all levels of the business
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong bias for action
