Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare, teach, mentor, supervise and evaluate graduate and undergraduate students using current teaching methodologies
- Liaise with the HOD to ensure teaching schedules are available before each semester
- Evaluate students through continuous assessments and end-of-semester exams
- Train and mentor graduate students and academic staff below their rank
- Compile quarterly academic reports for the Head of Department
- Conduct and supervise novel research, disseminate findings through journals and conferences
- Participate in writing proposals and bidding for grant projects as PI
- Maintain high-quality record of original research publications
- Participate in community engagement and outreach activities
- Generate revenue through grants and consultancies
