Job Description
The Senior Lecturer – Nursing will be responsible for teaching and assessing nursing courses at undergraduate and graduate levels, supervising student projects, contributing to curriculum development, initiating and participating in research projects, and publishing scholarly work. The candidate will also mentor junior faculty, support fundraising and linkage development, and provide professional and community services. In addition, they will take part in administrative responsibilities as assigned by the university.

How to Apply
Teach and assess nursing courses at undergraduate and graduate levels
Supervise undergraduate projects and graduate theses/dissertations
Develop undergraduate and graduate curricula
Initiate and participate in research and scholarly publication
Provide academic mentorship and leadership in program development
Participate in professional and community outreach activities
Support institutional fundraising and external linkages
Undertake administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned

PhD or equivalent in Nursing or related field (Master’s degree considered in special cases)
At least 3 years of teaching or research experience at a university level since appointment as Lecturer or Research Fellow
Minimum of six (6) publication points (e.g. one scholarly book and one refereed journal article or three journal articles), with a total publication score of at least 12 points
Supervised at least four (4) postgraduate students to completion
Registered with a relevant professional body
