How to Apply
Conduct detailed land and engineering surveys for construction projects.
Interpret survey data and prepare maps, drawings, and technical reports.
Establish property boundaries and perform accurate site layouts.
Operate and maintain GPS, Total Station, Theodolite, and other survey instruments.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams for data accuracy.
Supervise, train, and mentor junior surveyors.

B.Sc./HND in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field (Master’s/PhD is an advantage).
15–20 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role.
Mandatory registration with SURCON (Surveyors Council of Nigeria).
Proficiency in CAD/GIS software and modern survey equipment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
Excellent knowledge of Nigerian survey laws and construction standards.
