Job Description
Regional Sales Manager role at HACO Industries, reporting to the National Sales Manager and based in Uganda. The successful candidate will spearhead regional growth initiatives and optimize sales team productivity across Uganda.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with regional revenue targets and company objectives
- Direct, mentor, and inspire the regional sales team to foster a high-performance culture
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Generate and present detailed sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance analytics to senior leadership
- Partner closely with the marketing division to design and execute promotional campaigns and go-to-market strategies
