Job Description
Te-Kworo Foundation is recruiting four leadership roles for the Sonic Kworo Hospital, located in Agago District. Northern Uganda. These are full-time, renewable 3-year contracts.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of all clinical and non-clinical hospital staff
- Establish performance management, onboarding. and staff development systems
- Ensure full compliance with Uganda Employment Act 2006, NSSF, and labour law
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support staff welfare and relations
