Job Description
This job exists to perform Authority technical and operational audits identifying inadequate, inefficient, or ineffective internal controls, issues of noncompliance, and recommending improvements.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in examining the correctness of records and completeness of documentation.
- Aid in the preparation of audit working papers and documentation, as well as follow-up of recommendations from previous technical audits.
- Drafting and compiling technical audit programs, findings, and conclusions.
- Examine and analyze records, reports, operating practices, and documentation, recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure.
- Assist in the assessment of compliance with regulations and controls during the execution of the audit program for technical engagements.
- Participate in relevant technical statutory, preparatory meetings and workshops to facilitate/inform future audits.
- Undertake any other assignments as may be directed from time to time.
