Job Description
The Judicial Service Commission invites applications from suitably qualified and eligible Ugandan citizens to fill one (1) vacant post of Senior Human Resource Officer in the Judiciary Service. The JSC is an equal opportunity employer.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the pay roll and ensuring that it is in harmony with the staff list and wage bill
- Managing performance and development of staff.
- Preparing draft submissions to the Judicial Service Commissions for appointments, confirmations, discipline and study leave for staff.
- Analysing staff Performance Appraisal reports.
- Managing welfare and compensation processes.
- Organizing and
- coordinating training programmes.
- Preparing annual training plan.
- Guidance and counselling.
- Implementing decisions of the Judicial Service Commission.
- Advising staff on Human Resource matters.
- Maintaining up-to-date Human Resource data.

Step 3: Prepare One Single PDF Document
Combine the following documents in this order into one PDF:
- Copy of National ID
- Passport-size photograph
- Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Certified copies of academic certificates and transcripts
- UCE and UACE must be certified by UNEB
- Names, contacts, and recommendation letters of:
- Two (2) Professional referees
- Two (2) Character referees
- Certified copy of Declaration of Income, Assets and Liabilities (where applicable)
- Copies of previous appointment, confirmation, and promotion letters (where applicable)
- Any other relevant supporting documents
