Job Description
As part of the AWS Global Sales (AGS) team, the Senior Enterprise Account Manager will own and grow relationships with key enterprise customers in Kenya. The role involves developing and executing strategic account plans, driving adoption of AWS services, and collaborating with technical experts to deliver tailored solutions. The incumbent will meet or exceed sales quotas through effective pipeline management, identify new business opportunities, and contribute valuable market insights. This role requires strong engagement with C-suite executives, industry leaders, and partners to guide customers on their digital transformation journey while positioning AWS as the platform of choice.

Understand customer technical and business requirements.
Build expertise in industry-specific solutions across multiple verticals.

Support customers throughout their digital transformation journey.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Over 10 years of experience in full sales cycle roles in technology sales, business development, sales engineering, or consulting.
Proven record of working with enterprise customers to deliver complex solutions and strategic outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
Demonstrated experience driving new business in enterprise accounts at C-suite level.
Strong analytical, relationship management, and communication skills.
