Job Description
As a Senior Coiled Tubing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising coiled tubing crews, equipment mobilization, field operations, and technical execution. You will coordinate with engineers and clients to ensure effective service delivery while upholding safety protocols and maintaining equipment functionality. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and preparing operational reports and documentation.

How to Apply
Supervise and manage all aspects of coiled tubing operations.
Ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of coiled tubing equipment.
Execute job programs in coordination with engineers and clients.
Enforce adherence to HSE standards and procedures at all times.
Lead crew members and ensure they are competent and compliant with operational protocols.
Maintain accurate job documentation, including pre-job checklists, operational logs, and post-job reports.
Monitor well conditions and intervene as necessary to optimize operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site equipment or process issues.
Provide training and technical support to junior operators and technicians.
Participate in operational planning, audits, and reviews.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in coiled tubing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of coiled tubing units and downhole tools.
Familiarity with coiled tubing job designs and operational procedures.
Skills:
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
HSE awareness and training (e.g., BOSIET or equivalent certification preferred).
Other Requirements: Ability to work in remote areas under demanding conditions.
