Job Description
The Senior Chef de Partie will play a key role in the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards. The role involves supervising kitchen staff within the assigned section, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and contributing to menu execution and innovation.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff within the assigned section to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation at all times.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and personal hygiene in line with HACCP and hotel policies.
- Assist in stock control, proper storage of food items, and minimization of waste.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and kitchen improvements.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours and special events.
