Job Description

The role involves managing administrative services such as office cleanliness, allocation of workspace, supervision of support staff, tracking movement of office equipment, and coordinating administrative logistics for meetings and events. The officer will also handle staff training needs in administration, maintain records, and ensure the repair, maintenance, and insurance renewals of office facilities and equipment.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Office Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in administration

  • Proven ability and merit demonstrated through prior performance

  • Proficiency in computer applications
